Listen and Heal

Noise & EMDR bilateral audio & visual therapy designed for effective emotional processing and relaxation.

EMDR & Noise Therapy Explained

LEFT

EMDR uses bilateral stimulation - gentle alternating tones that shift between your ears - to activate both brain hemispheres, mimicking REM sleep to reprocess distressing memories, reduce their emotional charge, and promote calm. Combined with noise therapy (soothing white, pink, or brown noise, rain, or ocean waves), it creates a relaxing soundscape that masks distractions, lowers stress, and supports nervous system balance. Listen with headphones for 15 - 60 minutes in a quiet space to ease anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and stress, or enhance focus and rest. These tracks offer gentle, self-guided support as a complement to professional therapy.

Visual EMDR

Visual EMDR therapy is a psychotherapy technique designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories by using guided eye movements to stimulate bilateral brain processing.

EMDR Therapy with Nature Sounds

Follow the dot's bilateral movement with your eyes, allowing associated thoughts and emotions to process naturally, then pause to rate your distress level on a scale of 0-10; repeat sets until the distress decreases.
